Council's Delivery Program 2025-2029 and Operational Plan 2025-2026

Goulburn Mulwaree Council’s Draft Delivery Program 2025-2029 and Operational Plan 2025-2026 is on exhibition for public comment from Wednesday 30^th April 2025 until Friday 30^th May 2025.

The Delivery Program 2025-2029 details the activities to be undertaken by Council during its 4-year term to implement the strategies contained within the Community Strategic Plan.

The Operational Plan provides details of activities/projects to be undertaken in 2025-2026. The Plan also contains the proposed rating structure and pricing policy (including a listing of all fees and charges), and a statement containing a detailed estimate of Council’s income and expenditure for the 2025-2026 year.

Submissions on any or all aspects of the Delivery Program 2025-2029 and/or Operational Plan 2025-2026 must be submitted to Council before close of business Friday 30^th May 2025.

Those who make a submission will be invited to discuss their issues when all submissions are considered at the Council Meeting on Tuesday 17^th June 2025 at 6pm. The public is welcome to attend this meeting.
