Goulburn Mulwaree Council’s Draft Operational Plan 2026-2027 is on exhibition for public comment from Wednesday 22nd April until Friday 22nd May 2026.
The Operational Plan provides details of activities/projects to be undertaken in 2026-2027. The Plan also contains the proposed rating structure and pricing policy (including a listing of all fees and charges), and a statement containing a detailed estimate of Council’s income and expenditure for the 2026-2027 year.
A copy of the Council Report and Integrated Planning Documents can be accessed via the links on the right. Copies are also available from the Goulburn Mulwaree Library, Civic Centre Customer Service, Marulan Post Office, "The Midge" Tallong General Store and The Chubby Cat Cafe, Tarago.
Submissions on any or all aspects of the Operational Plan 2026-2027 must be submitted to Council before close of business Friday 22nd May 2026.
Those who make a submission will be invited to discuss their issues when all submissions are considered at the Council Meeting on Tuesday 16th June 2026 at 6pm. The public is welcome to attend this meeting.
